I did freeze my account in FEB 2014, because I got assignments and exams in University. Even though I got charged for 2 months. So I cancelled direct debit for instance. I thought to continue after 3 months. But they considered it as a Membership cancellation and charged 484 pounds. Now debit collector are behind me, calling every single day to pay money. At branch office nobody is listening to my complaint, saying we can't help you out. They seemed totally helpless.

I called main office Anytime Clubs UK Ltd

they also did not take my complaint seriously. I called 3 times, they said we will get data from your branch and we will call you back, but they didn't. Due to this my credit history record is lowered and I am really harassed by this thing.

I want to claim for this mental harassment on student.
