Very difficult business to end membership -- try to up sell and all you want is to end membership. When you sign all the papers and leave, they later play the "opps" game.

Advice, when you cancel keep all your documents, take notes of date and time and who you spoke with. The best answer is-- yes, I met with you. Yes, I have the separation agreement in from of me.
Up until now, I had no major complaints, except for the tv sets on the equipment that never worked.
The charges have been reversed. But based on other reviews, I know know that I have to watch them and be prepared to report them to consumer protection if new bills show up.
