I have been a member at the Parrish Anytime Fitness for over a year. In reference to equipment, the place is always very clean and has a great set up.
However, the staff is the reason I am in the process of cancelling my membership. Liz specifically made me feel very unwelcomed; I have never been treated so rudely in my life. She is very unprofessional, and when I wanted to make a manager aware of her terrible service, she said she was a manager and there's nothing I can do about it. On top of that, it is near impossible to get out of the contract, even after the contract is over (crazy, I know).
My contract ended in early October, yet Liz refuses to let me cancel.
I actually had to call a different location to have them send me the cancellation paperwork. Honestly, it has been an absolute nightmare and I would not suggest going to this gym unless you want to spend $40 a month to be treated like ***.
