Gym was closed for 2 weeks while they moved venue across the street, but did not pro-rate the month. When I cancelled because of this I was told they would charge me for the rest of that month, and all of the following month. WTF? If I had cancelled my membership on the first I'd still have to pay for two more months? Is this normal?

I'm more pissed about the gym being closed for 2 weeks and still having to pay for the whole month. Seriously, huge rip-off.

Otherwise it's an okay gym for 24 hour access. I rarely went when it was staffed because the staffers wouldn't let anyone do olympic lifting.

That's it I guess. Just feeling like I got robbed.

Anytime fitness is a huge rip off. they keep charging you for months even if you cancel multiple times...

and don't refund when the gym is closed. On top of that the staff at Ropes Crossing are the rudest I've come across anywhere
