Independent owners of the gym have the right to exclude you without any reasonable provocation. If in one circumstance you use their gym more than your home gym, they want you to transfer.
If you don't transfer they can completely shut off your FOB. Customer service at corporate will hide behind the "he said, she said" excuse. Customer Service from Corporate is pretty much a farce. They say things are explained in your contract and they are not.
They come up with their own rules, which one can live by, but they don't really publicize them. If any owner can exclude you from using their gym, is it really reciprocal use?
