I decided to freeze my account with Fulham Gardens Anytime Fitness for three months as I was moving away with no nearby anytime gyms.

The manager of anytime fitness fulham explained to me that I would be contacted and that I would have to give approval before the membership restarted. This was made very clear that nothing would be restarted without my approval.

Unfortunately the membership has been restarted without my approval and payments have been deducted from my account for the last four months totalling $195.20.

After being a member for over 4 years and spending over $2000 anytime I am very disappointed that this money has been taken from me. Especially when they have provided me with absolutely nothing!

Product or Service Mentioned: Anytime Fitness Membership.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $198.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Anytime fitness Cons: Facility too small, Not being able to stop charges.
