I am still hoping that the owner values his monthly customers more than he does. I am giving him the benefit of the doubt because he is young and has no customer service ability.

He has not solved my problem. I may write about my experience in the future but hope he learns how to run a business and not run his monthly paying customers away.

If you are interviewing franchisees you may want to teach them how to treat their paying customers. I am an older customer - 58 years old- and there are plenty of us that are use to a quality of care that is not demonstrated by the youth of today.
