So dissatisfied with this gym!My key for some reason was looked out and I was not able to access 2 out of 3 locations.
The manager at my home gym @ N. Durango in Las Vegas informed me that this was the first time he ever had this issue and did not know how to resolve it. Then I had my husband call and speak with the manager yet again, he gave us an email address to send out our complaint he then advised us that it would take two weeks for us to get an answer. Well ladies and gentlemen its been almost 3 months and I have not heard form anyone I still can't access my gym and no one knows why.
All I can say is this was handled with very, very poor costumer service. They do not care about the costumers and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to become a member. Thanks for nothing Anytime Fitness!!
I will now enroll with a much better and well known gym.
Monetary Loss: $60.
