My credit card expired, so i received the new card on 28th Aug, then i activated the new card on the next day. So when they deduct my monthly subscription, they received the failed message.

Immediately they deduct S$12.50 from my account. This is not fare for the customers. We are paying for the upcoming months so have to give 1 or 2 days settle this issue or have to pay by other payment method. It doesn't mean straight away put the fine.

If i check with manager he ask me to check with head quarters. I really fed up with his service.

Please help me to waiver off the fine amount. Thanks

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $13.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Anytime Fitness Cons: Way they are reply to the customers.
