My membership for 2 people was cancelled in San Juan Capistrano on 9/20/16. We spoke to the gym manager on 3 occasions and were assured we would not be charged beyond Sept.
However, we were billed both the annual fee and continue to be billed for October and November. No one returns calls, and the national billing company says they can not reverse charges unless the local gym authorizes such. We moved 2000 miles away on 9/29, so owe cannot confront the gym manager in person.
I would never recommend this gym to anyone. I am putting a block on my Am Exp to prevent further billing.
