Jonathon has the worst customer service EVER. I requested cancelling my pre-paid yearly contract because I was moving to a gated community with a fitness center.
I paid for the entire year because of their bogus fees if you pay monthly. I paid to sign up at the South Pasadena center being told they would open in March and they didn't even open until the end of June. Their policy of using the fob at all times is a horrible system as well. They pay staff to be in the center and we have to swipe the fob waiting for the person in front of us to go in?????
That might make sense during after hours but how ***. The classes are horrible at both locations in South Pasadena and 34th St. in St. Pete.
the owners are arrogant and rude.
Do Not waste your money.
