Great workout facility.
Staff was non responsive and less than cordial when I needed to cancel my membership due to relocation.
It took 6 calls and 2 voicemail messages over the span of 4 business days to get a return call.
I was then informed that I would be charged an extra month of gym dues because that was their local policy.
I was promised an email that I never received.
And was told by their billing company that if I tried to stop payment on the extra month they are charging me my account would be turned over to a collection agency.
