I had mistakenly forgot to transfer the money into my other account to have it withdrawn for my membership this month. I realized the day of that the money wasn't in the account and put it in the account that night.

They were charging late fees but I was able to have the late fees dropped when I called in. Customer service was able to resolve it quickly.

I told them the temperature in the facility was locked at 64' it was 20' outside! I live in upstate New York.

It's very cold this time of year,. Also the showers were just warm.

I was a member of the Anytime Fitness in Hartland, MI. I had purchased 90 days worth of personal training right before I was involved in an auto accident on March 17th.

This auto accident resulted in a surgery and two hospitalizations. I will not be able to step foot into a gym for the next 12-13 months. It has already been going on 4 months, I still cannot bear weight on my right leg. I notified the gym immediately and provided all physician documentation and forms.

I requested a call from the Regional Manager, Will, on 3 different occasions in order to try to find some common ground to recoup some of the money I had spent on personal training. Will never returned my call instead he had the brand new manager of less than a month try to be the go between. I then contacted the corporate number "Self Esteem Brands", I filed a complaint with customer/client solutions to be told that the Franchise owner would be getting back with me...again, no one ever called me back or followed up. I have continued to call the Self Esteem Brands office and now no one ever answers the phone.

I have tried at different times throughout the day with no luck. This gym has begun to fail given the lack of follow through, lack of equipment and with the new renovation they are removing even more equipment. With PF next door, you'd think they would want to provide better customer service.

I find it completely disheartening that a franchise owner and company is so greedy that they don't allow room in their contracts for extenuating circumstances and would keep a clients money despite not providing the service (and you can't freeze the sessions for 12-13 months either). I will let people know how poor of a company Self Esteem Brands is along with suggesting and posting on social media that I caution people against joining any Anytime Fitness, especially the one in Hartland, due to the inability to exit the contract in the event of a debilitating injury.

Terrible experience I was lied to about the fees I was joining when they told me there was a six dollar sign up membership fee for the year all the girls fees would be waived and then they ended up charging my bank $192.03 weeks later
