Yeah it's true.
I explained to them that the fact they cannot have a customer service representative to have time to answer my questions (regarding membership) then the meeting should be about THAT situation.
The idea that a customer service representative refuses to assist me with answering how a membership works with anytime fitness is insane.
The answer I received was vague with, "every franchise is different."
I replied with, "so is McDonald's, but regardless of location you get an idea what to expect when you visit a franchise with them."
A customer service representative attending a "mandatory meeting" was more important than answering some questions for a new customer.
I've never seen this ever in my life.
