After 5 years of collecting payment from me, I am told I have to pay $69 to replace my access key tab. I seriously doubt they are worth that much.
I mean maybe a small fee to ensure people look after the one they got but that is ridiculous and now I can't access the gym after office hours till I give them the money. I think after thousands of dollars from me they could maybe be a little more lenient on this one. At this point I am really considering cancelling my membership as I don't see how this is fair.
The ladies who work there are lovely and I have absolutely no issue with them as they are only doing there job. But I have had enough of this company's treatment of me as its not the first time they have screwed me over.
