Not resolved

We had the membership for the required 12 months and loved it, went to the month to month pay plan(same price/same service). My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer during this whole period, but we stayed for a while.

When i went to cancel our membership the manager told me on the phone to come on in and she would take care of it. ... ... I go in, hand in my keys and she tells me that since we were on the month to month we would have to pay another month because they have some "POLICY" that requires this.

Now they want to offer me a FREE month....FREE???? With all the cancer awareness, raising money for victims, Walks & what not, I would think that they would realize that we've got some kind of doctor bills to pay.

We're only talking $150.00 here but come on! Don't pay your doctor bills, Throw your money at the Anytime fitness gym door because you cant get in!!!

Do you even care about your wife or is the $150 more important? Because from your review it seems that you care more about money than your wife.


I don't think that was the point. He wasn't and she obviously wasn't able to use the gym & he had enough bills going on so a gym membership that he didn't need and was month to month on & rasons of poor health-life threatening illness-well he needed the money for that instead of just throwing it away due to cx policy-where's the heart people?!?
