When me and my daughter joined the gym the girl said auto pay will cancel in 12 months on its own and I had call a few time to find out about cancelation also the gym person said the same my membership expired in November 2018 but they charged me in December and then in January 2019 also even though I went to the gym and talked to the person named Moe in person he had told me that the owner will let him know and make December 2018 payment my last since they didn’t want to reimburse my money and I got a copy for the cancelation and was told they won’t charge me again but again in January 2019 they charged me and my daughter again and gave me the same BS . I would never go back to this place ever. I want my money back really pissed off at these ppl will go talk to the owner Jeff or Jess let’s see what story he has

Rule 1 : "auto pays" never cancel unless you furnish a written demand a minimum of 30 days before the end of the stated period and serve said demand via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested. Then, request your credit card company or your bank to deny any and all further charges or attempted debits from this vendor ; they will be happy to oblige and NOT pay somebody. Remember : "automatic" things automatically fail.

Well then they should have not said it will cancel itself and I called and spoke to them 2-3 times before November and was told by them that it will cancel auto magically . That means they do this delabreatly to ppl who don’t know about it very pathetic
