Signed an 18-month agreement only because the father of the owner said it was only a formality and that I could cancel whenever I wanted. Now, for my surprise, they're going back on their word and won't let me cancel the membership, even after explaining my current situation.

You can't trust their word! You're going to get stuck with that membership for 1 year and a half! I advise you to stay away from that gym! They don't even say that you have an option for a shorter 12-month membership.

When I called, they told me that one of the owners would call me back. They never called back...

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Cancel membership and future charges.

I didn't like: Dishonesty about contract, Cancellation policy, 18 month contract without disclosing it before asking to sign it.
