I've tried to contact Anytime Fitness twice via email and once by phone to ask about prices and I have not received any responses. The lack of customer service before I've even signed up made me think I should take a look online for reviews.

I'm very happy I found this site as it confirms my concerns that the customer service is consistently poor. I won't be joining.

I would not reccomend anytime fitness anyway. I have been having money issues and they will not allow me to cancel.

They told me "only way I can cancel your account is if you die or get a doctors not of permanent disability". I have to try to find extra hours just to pay for my anytime fitness payment.

It is awful. I will never ever go back to an anytime fitness.
