I signed up for a family membership with I was told that it would be $35 a month, got my bank statement and it shows $35x2. Called and expressed my concern and she told me nothing she could do about it, i said since i was misinformed and it can not be corrected i wanted to cancel my membership and i was informed that it would cost me another $200 because i signed a contract.

Very rude and very unconcerned with my problem. My husband and i can not use the gym because i am getting ready to have surgery and my husband just had surgery.
