I signed up a couple months ago used the membership for about a week and never used ot my brother signed up and my husband as well all under my checking account. While there sigming up matthew who is the manager of vestal ny anytime fitness was explaining everything to us and then had me initial some spots said its what we spoke about then my brother got into an accident where we were then not gonna be able to at all use the membership so on nov 21 2016 i called to cancel my membership i called stating i wanted to cancel all 3 membersgips was told ok nothing else nothing less then i see my account has charges of 30 dollars for the 3 of us 3 times 270 dollars later they arw trying to take out the last month fee when i wasnt using it was not at all told about a 30 cancellation process and find out my membership oant even cancelled its frozen.

The manager from vestal paints a great picture but leaves out the impoetant detail and they have the worst customer service there, the response i got was well theres nothing i can do i told you when there was 3 of us there and not at one time even on the phone when i called to cancel was i told. They are the worst gym ive ever gone to when it come to cancellation and customer service
