All is not what it seems. A great concept except ATF wants all the control by making it mandatory to us ABC Financial.

ATF owns ABC and this to me is a conflict of interest to the gym owner. As long as they have their hands on your money the only people that make money is them. Their fees are much higher than other companies that do the same thing and the customer service is pretty much and automated one were there is no personal attention leading to a failed business adventure for you the owner. Before entering into this franchise look to successful gym owner for advise this is not a easy business and far more difficult than what they try to make it out to be.Plus on average I would say that between the two of them you will be paying about 10-12% of your gross income to them which doesn't leave much for you.The business model is made for them to be highly successful and for you to contribute to their success.

Just look at their franchise books,2 about 4 inches thick, loaded with was to protect themselves from you not tapping into their money.

It's all about the ATF franchise and thier vendors especially ABC.

Chuck Runyon, CEO has allowed this to occur in his company for years. Part-time, untrained sales staff do not inform new members of all of the nuances of the agreement, take advantage of them and embellish or make up *** along the way to make their freakin commission.

Anytime Fitness and Snap Fitness both use a third party billing company (ABC financial in this case, Checkfree for Snap) to try and insulate them from the negative publicity. They consistently use this to their advantage to extract additional fees, dues and revenue from unsuspecting members. This was obvious while I was involved and one of the reasons why I am no longer. Between employee errors, lack of management oversight, corporate issues and the billing company involvement, it is almost guaranteed you will pay more than what you agreed to.

Besides a weak business model and *** customer service most 24/7 clubs throughout the country are performing business contrary to the current state, county and city laws and regulations. BUYER BEWARE!
