I moved to another state into an apartment with a fitness center. I called into ABC and was directed to send in a cancelation letter along with a bill with my new address and that I could cancel with a $50 cancel fee.

I mailed exactly what that rep told me to and ABC received it. Now I've been told the rep was wrong (not me) and that I cannot actually cancel my membership. The supervisor didn't seem to care that THEIR rep doesn't know what she's speaking to and gave your CUSTOMER wrong information. What awful customer service.

I'll never recommended Anytime Fitness because of ABC unless it's resolved to the specifications YOUR rep stated and I complied with. Feel free to contact me.
