I was attending college in Oxford, MS. I decided to get an anytime member ship, and when I left oxford, I had attempted many times to contact their office.
Either they were not there, or not available. There was no local number to get in contact with anyone either to cancel. Finally corresponding via email I was told to send payment and the 50$ cancellation fee, and I did. 3 Years later I am getting phone calls from collection services on their behalf for the amount of $488.00.
I contact them again, and its a new manager, and a new general manager.
Both of which acknowledge the communication i had via email, and are both unwilling to work with me to resolve the issue.
Their location had a habit of being absent and/or under organized or clean.
